Nobody likes the feeling of a sore low back from lifting something, or stiff upper/middle back from sitting. Obviously the goal is to prevent these from happening by moving and sitting PERFECTLY. But since we are are human and all learning about this perfect movement, those moments may still happen where we want some instant relief. I have posted about lower back relief before, but this one is more about how to get traction (gentle separation of the spine) to get some instant relief.
